Nikolina Kuhar
She first encountered Dharma Yoga in 2014, and the practice soon became an integral part of her life. In 2015, she enrolled in the RYT 200 teacher training at Divya Yoga School, and in 2017 she continued her education by completing the RYT 500 program at Dharma Yoga Zagreb School, under the guidance of her teacher, Sandra Petra Pintarić. Inspired by Dharma Yoga and a deep love for the practice, in 2021 she enrolled in and completed the prestigious Life of a Yogi Teacher Training (500 RYT) led by Sri Dharma Mittra. This experience further deepened her understanding of yoga as a complete, holistic practice and solidified her life direction, which she continues to cultivate through ongoing education in Dharma Yoga.
Nikolina has been teaching yoga regularly since 2016, with a particular emphasis on integrating body, breath, mind, and awareness. She continually refines her teaching by participating in workshops and trainings with respected Dharma Yoga teachers such as Yiannis Mukta Om, Andres Acosta, Camilo Garcia, Shir Shemesh, and others. She deepens her knowledge through master classes, lectures, and yoga series, and her classes are thoughtful, fresh, and oriented toward cultivating a deeper connection with oneself through practice.
For Nikolina, yoga transcends physical practice; it is a way of living and a state of consciousness. She experiences it as a bridge between the inner and outer worlds—a space where peace, balance, and wholeness are cultivated through presence, awareness, and devotion. Beyond yoga, Nikolina nurtures a love for travel, nature and walking, spiritual literature, dance, drawing, animals, people, and learning foreign languages. Her practice and teaching are imbued with curiosity, openness, and a continuous exploration of both self and the world.
