Soul Mandala Art Therapy Workshop - HEALING ART SACRED GEOMETRY
Learn more about the symbols and sacred geometry of the Vedas, about colors, shapes, elements, planets, and areas of space. Paint your mandala, a picture on canvas, and place it in the right spot. Feel the energy and power of the mandala in space and meditation. Mandala in Sanskrit: मण्डल 'circle'. The circle shape represents completeness, wholeness, fullness, and circulation. Mandala has been used since ancient times, as it is today, as a beautiful and inspiring decoration in interiors, as well as a powerful meditation tool. With its inner geometry, elements, shapes, and colors, the mandala reflects a specific energy matrix. The diverse dynamics of mandalas, their forms, and shapes radiate in space, and through meditation on the mandala, our consciousness dives into the collective consciousness where specific impulses of our mind are activated through symbols. Painting and creating a mandala is a deeply healing and meditative experience. In space, mandalas are placed in precisely defined locations from where they emit a strong effect on the energy of the space. Each planet influences our personality and life path, and each person has several important planets that mark their character, karma, and dharma. The soul planet (atmakaraka) is located at the highest degree of an individual's astrological chart and reveals where the person will be active, which path to follow, what their potentials are, as well as the lessons on their life path. It represents the soul's path that a person needs to follow to spiritually progress and represents their karma (consequences of past actions) and dharma (path of right action). Directions / Planets: Sun (Surya) east, Moon (Chandra) northwest, Mercury (Buddhi) north, Venus (Shukra) southeast, Mars (Mangal) south, Saturn (Shani) west, Jupiter (Guru) northeast, North Lunar Node (Rahu) southwest, and South Lunar Node (Ketu) northeast. In the workshop, we will each paint our personal mandala according to the astrological analysis for the planet of your soul, i.e., what the soul desires, your tasks on this life path. If you have already attended the workshop and painted a soul mandala, we will determine another one according to your preference or based on your other astrologically significant signs. Each mandala for a specific planet uses its geometry, colors, shapes, mantras, and characteristics of the ruling astrological representative of the planet. Mandalas are also made as substitutes for yantras, with less predefined geometric form unlike yantras, as decoration and correction of a specific part of space, in specific colors and shapes of the given theme. |

Painting on a 40x40 cm canvas (canvas on a wooden frame), acrylic technique, and other decorative additions. The painting is done with high-quality materials provided at the workshop, and at the end of the workshop, the painting remains with the author to decorate their home. Whether you have experience with painting or not, Sandra Petra will guide you with all instructions and help you create a beautiful picture. She will guide you through the world of creative expression, which is a wonderful blend of art, symbolism, and sacred geometry from the ancient knowledge of the Vedas.
Course Instructor: Sandra Petra Pintarić has been involved in various creative endeavors since her early youth. For many years, she has been creating artistic mirrors and glass mosaics. Her works adorn many private and public places, have been part of several stage designs, and she has had several solo and group exhibitions. In her creations. Sandra uses a symbolic background inspired by ancient cultures and traditions. For many years, Sandra has been practicing and teaching yoga, studying the Vedas, all of which have influenced her work. She translates her insights into the creation of mirrors, mosaics, glass decorations, canvas paintings, digital design, jewelry, and various other creations. Since 2012, Sandra has regularly taught ART THERAPY workshops, introducing many people to this wonderful world of symbolism and inspiring them to further their work.
